The Pump House Ministries collaborates with artisans in developing countries to promote the economic progress and self-sufficiency of the people there. The Pump House Ministries then markets these products at their Gift Shop for the artisan with proceeds from sales returned to the contributiing artisan.
Purchases of these products also help to support The Pump House's International Ministries, such as the HIV/AIDS education and prevention program in Kenya and The Democratic Republic of Congo. This ministry alone is currently reaching over 9,000 children.
Pump House Ministries also provides space to local entrepreneurs starting incubator businesses. Purchase of products, such as the country framed artwork, helps support the Pump House local men's shelter.
